Available in medium or large sizes. You have a choice of a white or chocolate sponge. This is cut in half and filled with jam and fresh cream. The top is iced with fondant icing and this can be chocolate, white or a colour of your choice. We then pipe a horse's head on top and fill with coloured fondants.
